Coro Jelly Belly Fish Sterling Silver Rose Gold Book Piece Brooch Signed Vintage
From Coro, these jelly belly fish clips are circa 1949. The metal is Sterling silver with a rose gold plate and the Lucite is studded with clear rhinestones. The fish were named Sea Imps and are shown in a Coro advertisement on page 23 of Classic American Costume Jewelry by Jacqueline Rehmann. Each pin is 1.25 tall and 1.75 wide. They are in very good vintage condition- the clips are tight and both are signed. All stones are present with the exception that blue navettes were originally in their mouths.
