Vintage RARE Mermaid & Merman Figural Brooch Rhinestone Embedded Gold Wash

In the center is a domed long narrow oval art glass amethyst opalescent cabochon surrounded by emerald green rhinestones. The mermaid and man have a ruby faceted crystal head. The metal is gold washed with the exception of her "fins", stylized waves and rays at the top. These are all silver tone and inset with tiny rhinestones.

This brooch is 2 1/2" from top to bottom and a little over 1 1/2" across. Exceptional and extremely unusual brooch!
