Designed by Antonio Aquilino and patented in 1948, this Masterpiece & Highly Sought After and Collectible JELLY BELLY Cat Fishing In A Bowl Brooch/Pin is featured in Brunialtis American Costume Jewelry Book , Vol. This Sterling Silver beauty is plated in a golden vermeil and features a large domed smooth clear lucite jelly belly fishbowl, with an embedded colorful fish swimming in the bowl, and edged with Clear crystal rhinestones.

2 1/2" x 2 1/4". CONDITION: Wonderful condition, light vermeil wear. Rhinestones all present, bright and sparkly.

Lucite clear and crazing free. Pin stem straight and locking mechanism functions properly. Vintage 1940's era Sterling Silver with the gold Vermeil Wash by Antonio Anthony Aquilino Figural Brooch marked Sterling on back.

Sterling gold vermeil with vermeil worn off on front of brooch. Still very desirable and sought after book piece. Sterling cat with clear lucite fishbowl and orange goldfish with aqua stones and rhinestones.
