Huge Vintage SAPHIRET SAPPHARINE BROOCH. Absolutely adorable, big sparkling flower , full av magic glass saphiret , sapphirine. Saphiret was made from saphire glass and gold in the city called Gablonz until 1910 and than the secret hade been lost.

All such stones today are rare and collectible. Sappharine is a modern variant av saphiret shall vi say its trying to make the old magic glass, but they are also very rare because they are usually 60-70 years old and nearly antique an vintage. Brooch har also very beautiful sparkling glass calls aurora borealis the northern lights itself.

The brooch is asymmetrical but its looks like at have been made so. The brooch is made as I can see in the 1950 s. Very good vintage condition, just a tiny scratch on big stone which is not visible. Otherwise it looks like at have been used very little.
