It is not signed but I believe it to be Czech. It is a large 3" x 3" and features 4 sapphire blue and 4 red fruit salad stones, aqua blue and pink large crystal rhinestones, smaller red rhinestones, enameled flowers and an ornate vase or basket that the flowers are sitting in. The large pink and aqua stones are open back and unfoiled.
