The regal looking peacock pin is dimensional and quality constructed. The body is a beautiful deep blue enamel accentuated with blue crystal rhinestones. The spread out feathers are ornately detailed with jade green art glass cabochons and rhinestones. This lovely brooch measures 2 x 1 5/8.

Condition is near mint with no visible flaws. Please refer to enlarged pictures where even the tiny details hard to see with a naked eye are amplified. Born in Paris, Marcel Boucher studied under Cartier in the 1920's. In the 1930's having moved to New York he then designed for Mazer Brothers before establishing his own business in 1937.
