Rare Vintage 1940s Signed PENNINO Rhinestone Enamel Faux Pearl Floral Brooch

This beautiful and unique vintage PENNINO brooch from the 1940s features baguette and round clear rhinestones together with emerald green stones. There is a large faux pearl center and lapis lazuli shade balls that make up this beautiful and ornate brooch. There are green enameled stems and the brooch is rhodium and yellow gold plated.
