Rare Vintage Signed CINER Rhinestone Cabochon Blackamoor Brooch

This is a really nice, rare, vintage CINER rhinestone cabochon blackamoor brooch. It is large and measures 2 3/8 inches long. It has beautiful Ruby colored prong set rhinestones, green givre cabochons, and pave set crystal clear rhinestones. All of the stones are present and in great condition. The blackamoor has a peach colored enamel face, gold earrings that dangle, and a large rhinestone collar and turban.

The brooch is gold tone and no signs of wear. It is signed CINER on the back. Payments are due in 3 days please. I will try my best to find a mutual resolution.
