Rare Vintage Signed Schreiner New York Center Oval Clear Multi-Rhinestone Brooch
Rare 1950's Vintage Signed Schreiner New York Center Dome Clear Multi-Rhinestone Brooch. Large center oval prismatic rhinestone surrounded by two teardrop stones on either side.
There are four round stones at top, bottom and sides. Multiple small stones cover the brooch. The pictures do not convey just how sparkling and impressive looking this piece truly is!The brooch is set in japanned metal with layer upon layer of set stones to create a 3-dimensional effect. Cartouche on back of brooch: SCHREINER NEW YORK. All stones are prong set. All stones are original to the piece.
Clasp is in good working order. This is a statement piece, as shown, is in excellent condition. However, please be advised that the original brooch also had three dangling rhinestones that this piece no longer has. Center oval rhinestone is approximately 1" high x 5/8" wide. Overall brooch measures approximately 2.25" high by 2.125" wide by 1 in depth.
