Schreiner Brooch Pendant Molten Chocolate Flower Signed Vintage
It is hard to have a favorite Schreiner, but this one has been in our top 3 for a long time. This flower brooch, which can also be worn as a pendant, looks like it has molten caramel gold flowing under a chocolate crust.
That glow is not from the camera flash, it is how the stones actually look. Also, the surface is completely smooth to the touch- the illusion of a crust is all within the glass. The center is a silver ball with smaller inverted rhinestones in between the plump petals. The brooch is 2.5 in diameter and signed Schreiner New York.
There are some flea bites to the gold plate on the back, but it is otherwise in excellent condition. This process is not our preference, but is not within our control.
