Vintage 1940's Water Lily Orchid Trembler Brooch Green & Clear Rhinestone
Warman's Vintage Jewelry Identification and Price Guide 2008.. I have 2 others listed at this time. A clear one and a red one. This trembler is from approx 1910 - 1920.
The three I have listed are all so beautiful and bring memories of the old Hollywood glamor. If you don't see the other 2 I have not yet listed them.. Set in a pot metal the green baguettes pop off the clear crystal rhinestones and the trembler just makes enough movement to bring your eyes to it.
I have looked thoroughly through a loupe and I see no missing rhinestones although I did spot one that look lavender. Could have always been there, at least it looks that way or it is just a discoloring of the stone. Either way you will never see it with the eye.
These are teeny tiny rhinestones. Measuring 2 1/2" wide and 1 3/4" long. Pin is in good working order. All jewelry needs a cleaning from sitting around for decades.. This one is getting close to being a 100 years old.
