I have not seen any real attributions. Matte pewter colored silvertone metal. Royal blue glass cabochons and round rhinestones. Very "black forest" looking which leads me to think it's German. Brooch and CLIP ON earrings. These are normal and expected aspects of vintage items and do not affect their quality or authenticity.
