Vintage Clear Rhinestone Brooch Rhodium Deco Rare Large Abstract Weiss Schreiner

AMAZING clear rhinestone brooch - I believe this is rodium plated and all of the stones are clear and bright. It is an extremely unusual design and I have been unable to find any like this period a few of the tiny tiny stones are missing And it is hard to see that because they are small and on the edges. It is done in a high end fashion as you would expect to see in a Kramer, Eisenberg commission, Shriner, etc. Do not know who the maker is but it has been identified as an art Deco.
