VINTAGE GORGEOUS STERLING RHINESTONE SUNBURST Large BROOCH PIN Space Age Sputnik

Unknown maker - perhaps a special order piece. Definitely vintage, likely 1950's or early 1960's. Solid Sterling Silver with gold gilt. Marked sterling and also has a faint inventory number, so at one time, this was part of a high-end collection.

Pinback clasp works as originally intended. You could also loop a chain through the closed clasp and wear this as a pendant. Very large size for the period (just over 3 inches wide).

All of the rhinestones are present. This is a very special piece, and screams mid century. See pics for exact detail.
