Vintage Japanned Crystal Inverted Rhinestone Brooch Pin

This has inverted clear stones and this has a japanned finish. The pin works and it is in good condition. It just needs a cleaning.

Unsure if an Austrian piece. This has not been cleaned, I leave that up to you.
