Vintage Late 1930s-Early 40s, Unsigned Mazer Emerald Foil-Backed & Paste Rhinestone Brooch, Bouquet with Enamel Leaves and Stems. Measures 2 3/8 X 4 1/4. No missing, chipped or dark stones, clear and bright. One tiny point of wear to the brown enamel stem.
