Vtg 1951 Crown Trifari Brooch Patended Star Flower Trifarium Rhinestone Basket

VTG 1951 CROWN TRIFARI BROOCH PATENDED STAR FLOWER TRIFARIUM RHINESTONE BASKET. MEASUREMENT: 2 x 1 1/4 inch. This signed Crown Trifari brooch features a cast setting done in Trifarium. In 1947 Trifari patented a shiny, non-tarnishing metal they named Trifarium. This brooch features what is known as Trifari's star flowers and are made with pear shaped stones. There are baguettes and round clear crystal rhinestones.

The piece has a classical openwork design that will be in fashion for another 70 years. The piece is in like new condition.
